Prior to joining our firm, James held the position of Account Payable Lead at Dresser-Rand of Olean. With a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from St. Bonaventure University, James possesses a strong academic foundation.

His commitment to professional development is evident as an alumnus of Leadership Cattaraugus, class of 2012. He is also on the board of the United Way of Cattaraugus County. Since 2017, James has been an integral part of our team, focusing on compilations and tax preparation.

Eileen has a Master's in Professional Accountancy from St. Bonaventure University. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.

After working in New York City, Eileen joined Proto & Loskey in 2017 to learn from her father, the founder of our practice. With a focus on excellence and continuous growth, Eileen specializes in a range of vital areas, including Financial planning, tax returns, information technology, and blockchain.

Jen holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Houghton College. In 2014, she further enriched her knowledge by earning a Master's degree from St. Bonaventure University.

Jen's remarkable journey with our firm began in 2009, demonstrating her steadfast commitment to serving our clients with excellence. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including compilations, reviews, audits, and tax preparation.

Heather holds her series 6 and 63 securities licenses and has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of New York Empire State College. She is a notary public in NY State and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

She has been with Proto & Loskey since 2006 and specializes in financial planning, payroll, bookkeeping and tax preparation.
